Jill Morelli, Principal

I am more than a coach and advisor. I’m an experienced entrepreneur, operator, manager, investor, and organizational leader. Onto my direct experience, I layer fifteen years of client coaching, strategic and organizational consulting, and angel investing. I have a honed ability to help my clients see through the fog, untangle complex situations, decide what’s important, dictate their trajectory, and make themselves the leaders they want to be. I am not the coach for those who don’t want coaching. Rather, I am the coach for those eager to embrace an investment in themselves and the legacy of their organization.

My passion is helping others design, navigate and accelerate their own professional destiny, realize their full leadership potential, maximize effectiveness of their organization, and integrate professional and personal lives in a sustainable and satisfying way.

Prior to coaching, I’ve had the opportunity to work in organizations of all varieties, ranging from early stage startup to Fortune 500, for profit to not-for-profit, privately owned to publicly traded. My direct industry experience includes financial services, technology, higher education, and outsourced management as well as early stage investing.

I received my MBA from Harvard Business School and my BA with Honors of Highest Distinction from the University of Kansas. I serve as VP on the Executive Board of USASA (United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association). After growing up in Tulsa, and working and living in Chicago and Boston, I now reside in the Connecticut suburbs of New York City with my family.

Julie Barker, Sr Executive Coach and Advisor

My coaching and advisory work is grounded in nearly 25 years at The Boston Consulting Group, where I evolved from strategist to senior functional leader and trusted advisor to C-suite executives. I have both built enterprise functions and advised clients navigating growth, succession, transformation, and high-stakes decisions.

This dual lens—strategy and operational leadership—shapes my work with leaders today. I understand firsthand the pressures of driving change at scale and the realities of aligning teams, setting direction, and driving performance in complex environments. My role is to help leaders clarify where they are, define where they are going, and mobilize their organizations to get there.

My experience includes senior Talent roles, leadership of Strategy teams, and advisor to private equity investors. Across these contexts, I have developed deep pattern recognition—identifying inflection points, diagnosing behavioral and organizational barriers, and focusing leaders on the critical few actions that unlock disproportionate impact.

I hold a BA in History from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  I am a member of the Board of Directors and chair the Governance Committee of The Conservation Fund.  I live outside Boston with my family.
